Wax & Wane — Wax & Wane Buy it at Amazon
Americana artists from Baltimore? Well yeah, sort of. Conjuring forth a folk revival of sorts complete with hobo folk and Brian Wilson-esque vocal harmonies, Wax & Wane will bring you back to the dawn of great folk music. Lo-fi settings allow the vocals to really stretch out and take you for a journey. Add in various guitars, violin, light percussion, and other various instruments (“is that a melodica?” You may find yourself asking…) and you have yourself a rustic evolution of music.
