A Shoreline Dream — Avoiding the Consequences Buy it at Amazon
I’m sure we’d all like to be able to avoid the consequences of our actions. But we can’t. And A Shoreline Dream doesn’t avoid anything on this dynamic and engaging release. Stirring shoegazing guitars with strings that hum with distortion and effects provide a clear atmosphere for reflections and inner thought. The vocals remind me at times of Mew with their sugary sweet melodies. Against a backdrop that would make My Bloody Valentine blush, A Shoreline Dream haunts your dreams and prepares your soul for an inviting and engaging time. Terrific.
