AM Syndicate — Liberation Buy it at Amazon
Austin, Texas is the home to a thousand great bands. And AM Syndicate is one of them. Having formed in 2004, AM Syndicate recalls old AM radio sounds modernized into a hip indie pop format. Influenced by Neutral Milk Hotel, New Order, and Simon and Garfunkel, their tastes dictate a very interesting and unique sound. Combining sobering electronics that recall the synth-pop of the ‘80s and sad emotional rock ballads from the mid ‘90’s indie rock scene, the group writes airy and intelligent songs that will span many genres of fans.
