Neva Geoffrey — The Days Are Rolling Buy it at Amazon
For some reason Neva Geoffrey’s vocals remind me of Juliette Lewis only Neva can actually sing well. But that pained Lewis twang is reminiscent in Geoffrey’s vocals, and “The Days Are Rolling” is an emotionally wrought tale about a woman’s moods and thought process. Sensual indie pop that is warm and yet visceral complete with vivacious melodies fit for a full orchestra.
