Parker Street Cinema — Music, In the Blood Buy it at Amazon
Setting everything off with a Conan like soundtrack, Parker Street Cinema gets all funky on our ass with a seminal post-rock riff-a-thon that explodes in a fiery fireball of fusion! Passionate and catchy rock riffs stand up and get all emotional on our ass with abandoned fervor and post-rock abandon ala Explosions in the Sky. But there’s a funkiness that’s deviant Mr. Bungle in the works all along the fierce “Music, In the Blood” that deviates from one song to the next. Nice!
