The Chiodos Bros. — The Heartless Control Everything Buy it at Amazon
The Chiodos Bros. are from Michael Moore`s hometown of Flint Michigan. But I suppose that the end of that thought—instead we`ll concentrate on their own brand of loud indie rock with a tinge of hardcore screamo. You wouldn`t think that they like to tinkle on the keyboard now would ya? They`re just screaming pay-attention-to-me-and-you-won`t-regret-it! And apparently the music world has turned their head and given them their full attention as evidenced by recent tours with the now-legendary Coheed and Cambria as well as the likes of Rescure, Ann Beretta, and Asking Autumn. What they really have going for them is their unique approach to the clique and cliché of punk rock. They take away the yawn from one of the more exploited genres of late and replace it with a devilish grin.
