Deathspirit — Deathspirit Buy it at Amazon
Deathspirit’s self-titled four-song EP should have been entitled, “Death to False Hardcore”. Featuring members of prominent underground bands such as The Blackout Argument, Within Walls, and former members of the now extinct Paint the Town Red, Deathspirit funnels their rage at society, the grimy underbelly of the wrong side of the tracks, and authority figures as well as corporations but saves a little in reserve to tackle the growing annoyance of fad based hardcore. Spearheaded by rage-inducing vocals that rip vocal cords to shreds, devastating guitar blasts, and broken rhythms, Deathspirit is the injection that the hardcore world needs.
