Smother Magazine Band Spotlight: Flicker

Flicker are one of the most emotionally dynamic bands to climb from the California scene in a long time. This is not a band you listen to idly, Flicker's music will creep into your ears and spread throughout your body, affecting every sense it comes in contact with. Very impressive for a band that has only been together for around a year
now. Their latest release, a 5-song EP, "Strict9", is a sonic tour-de-force, brimming with amazing melodies and heart-shattering musicianship. Flicker currently are playing all about the California underground circuit in hopes to land a record deal, one that we can
only hope will come very, very soon.
