I wish I could have found the cover art for this album somewhere, because on it, Jes Falcon does his best Mick Jagger pouty lip impression and it prepares you for exactly how horrid “Purest Falcon” is. Well I hope the photo that I did find of Jes Falcon does it some amount of justice. Just go to his site for more hilarity and potential mockery. The “singer”/”songwriter” (that’s in heavy, HEAVY quotes) is based out of Amsterdam, I have one wee suggestion for Mr. Falcon – please find the nearest “coffee” shop and do a lot of drugs. I can’t emphasize the importance of this action for the rest of your “career”. And when you think you’re sobering up or gearing up to try to write more music just go back. You need to forget that your music ever existed and was ever written – I know I certainly hope to and quickly. I actually think I need to give my eardrums a bath in alcohol after listening to “Purest Falcon”. Maybe this was his idea of a joke? Now that X-Mas is gone, I’m bummed that I don’t have the opportunity to bestow what would perhaps be the world’s best gag gift onto anyone. Ah well there’s also next year!

I just can´t believe what I read! Your comments about Jes Falcon and his songs are simply outrageous. He´s had one of his songs published in the UK and has received very good critics and praise from a lot of people in the music business. He was interviewed by Boston-based Skope Magazine and Duss Rodgers also had very good comments on him. Besides a lot of people like me love their songs and his fan base is pretty big and worldwide. I guess your eardrums are covered in alcohol (and probably your brain,assuming you got one) to say those things. Of course not everybody likes the same music but you´re not even respectful! Who do you think you are? I´ve studied music and love his songs!
And with regards to the picture, you´d die to be as sexy as he is. You should see the kinda girls like me attending his gigs. I don´t even think Jes will even bother to read your comments but I feel offended by them. You should show some respect at least!
I totally agree with Belinda! I mean, who actually did write that review about Jes Falcon? A deaf cat? It seems to me you´re the one who´s been into drugs too much mister. How can you have the nerve to write those things??? You´re probably frustrated…
Jes Falcon´s songs are great! And a lot of people in the music business have said that too so it´s not just a fan talking here.
And definitely he´s miles above you, whoever wrote the critics.

Without getting as passionate as Belinda up there, I must say that I just can´t read anything technical in the critics about Jes Falcon. I mean, there´s nothing about why people shouldn´t listen to him. I had the chance to listen to this recording and even though it could be better produced, I did like it. I found a nice collection of rock tunes with clever lyrics. It surprises me that your critics try to be funny using the old cliche of Amsterdam and drugs but there´s really nothing about the songs. Not really that professional, I´m sorry to say.
